Legal Form of Business
As this business was the idea of Railey and Kaya alone, we decided that it should be a Limited Liability Company (LLC) or an LLC partnership. Each of us brings a great variety of skills and assets to this business; therefore, we have decided to go with an LLC to not only protect both of us but also build trust with one another.
Effective Date of Business
We had decided that our business would be open on September 10th, 2025. Our planning stages began shortly before that, on August 20th, 2025. We wanted to take extra time to develop our knowledge and implement it into RK Enterprise, ensuring it meets our consumers’ expectations.
Company Mission Statement/Vision
For our customers, RK Enterprise’s philosophy is to applaud the close relationship between seniors and their parents. We want the recipient to feel a sense of accomplishment or happiness upon receiving the package. Our company will also create a unique experience and a lifetime of memories that will last a lifetime.
Company Governance
Two amazing senior girls own RK Enterprise. Railey Maske and Kaya Podtburg are the two people who came up with the idea and have worked it from the ground up. They take every win and loss together, loving to see how much they can help their local community.
Company Location
RK Enterprise is located in the small town of Eaton, Colorado. All the products are shipped to Eaton High School and are also customized within the school.
Immediate Development Goals
We have numerous goals and objectives that we aim to achieve at RK Enterprise. We strive to ensure that all our products turn out 100% correct. We also aim to provide a high and fast response time to all our customers, ensuring they receive their products within seven business days.
Financial Status
At RK Enterprise, we are fortunate to have access to a wide range of machines and equipment, which will significantly contribute to our success. We have access to a printer, clothing press, engraver, and much more. We also have a starting budget of $500 to help grow our business and be successful.
Being students at Eaton High School, we understand how important it is to celebrate our seniors. Becoming a senior and attending graduation is a crucial time in many of our lives, so why not make it special? At RK Enterprise, we provide parents with a chance to do just that. Our gift packages can include things such as t-shirts, hoodies, fatheads, rubber bracelets, and much more! Not just that, but these packages can be specifically customized to fit your child’s personality. If they are involved in sports, play an instrument, or even just really like cats, RK Enterprise will make it memorable for them.
RK Enterprise not only gives parents a chance to show their support but also provides students with an opportunity to express their appreciation to their parents. These gift packages are tailored to appeal to a more mature audiences. Since they are also customizable, students can create their own way to show their love.
There is very little competition out there when it comes to this business idea; therefore, we saw our opportunity and ran with it. We know RK Enterprise will flourish with this year's graduating class of 2026
